So - now I'm trying to figure out if I could use DisplayFusion to set a custom monitor display size to trigger just when I open or focus on that one program, then put it back to normal when I close the program or focus elsewhere. And changing the resolution in display settings every time I want to use that program is too cumbersome - I'd need it for 5 minutes every few hours - it's a pain. I can't just set one monitor's resolution to work with the old program, because I need to access a lot of other programs on that same monitor, and they all get too unwieldy. But I can't figure out how to do that & it doesn't seem built to do that. I was hoping I could do screen splitting with DisplayFusion, then set the resolution in ONE of the split screens to be different than in all other split-screens, so that I could just put that program in it's own screen, set to a size I can read. Too small to be worth trying to work with.

But it's old, and was designed for a smaller screen and on my monitors the text is super-tiny.

There's one program I would use several times/day IF I could only read the text in it. Go to Nvidia Control Panel > Change resolution > Customize > Create custom res (check the box Enable resolutions not supported by the monitor. I have 2 Radeor RX 580 series monitors 3840 x 2160.
